Parameters

localDirectory
The local directory to upload
ftpDirectory
The FTP directory to upload to
filesAndDirectoriesToExclude
Filename, directory name, or wildcard to exclude
Remarks
bin (Directory or file named bin anywhere in the structure) somefile.txt (a file) *.bak (Exclude all files with *.bak)
